Case Study. SMM on VK for Bits Cookies

Service Type: Management and Promotion of a VKontakte Group
Objective:

  • Increase brand awareness in the online space
  • Grow product awareness among the target audience

During the project, a brand development strategy for VKontakte was developed, and a content plan was created.
Around 300 posts were published on topics such as:

  • Humor related to the brand
  • Useful properties of ingredients in the cookies
  • Interesting facts about Bits cookies
  • Introduction to the animals featured on the Bits packaging
  • Polls related to Bits cookies and the lives of group subscribers
  • Descriptions of contests and award ceremonies

Each month, competitions were held among the group participants:

  • "Win Movie Tickets from BITS"
  • "Watch Out, Don't Burst! Win a Box of Bits Cookies" and others.

Examples:

Targeted advertising and manual promotion targeting the audience were used to grow the group.
